Each client's service package is tailored to their specific needs and defined in a separate contractual agreement.
- Contractual Agreements: The specific terms, scope, duration, and fees of our services are defined in individual contracts with each client. These contracts serve as addendums to this Terms of Service policy and outline the unique aspects of the services provided to each client.
- Termination Policy: Clients may terminate their contract with Slate LLC with a 30-day written notice. Upon receiving a termination notice, Slate LLC will conclude all ongoing services and campaigns within the notice period, unless otherwise agreed upon. Any termination of service does not affect the client's obligation to pay for services rendered prior to termination.
- Payment Terms: Payment terms, including fees, billing cycles, and payment methods, are specified in each client's individual contract. Clients are responsible for timely payments in accordance with their contract terms.
- Confidentiality: Slate LLC is committed to protecting the confidentiality and privacy of our clients. We will not disclose any confidential information without the client's express consent, except as required by law.
- Intellectual Property: Unless otherwise agreed upon, all work products, including but not limited to strategies, campaigns, graphics, and content, created by Slate LLC during the engagement with a client are the intellectual property of Slate LLC. Clients may receive a license to use these materials as outlined in their individual contract.
- Liability: Slate LLC will provide services with reasonable skill and care. However, we do not guarantee that our services will achieve specific results. Slate LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the services provided.
- Amendments: Slate LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your consent to such changes.
- Governing Law: These Terms and any disputes arising under or related to these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee.
